Using Our Website

This helpful guide will ensure you get the most out of your experience. Please note that you can click on any of the highlighted links below.

IMPORTANT: Most individuals using this sight want to obtain information about Active Listings. As a real quick shortcut you can obtain an MLS Listing Number at this Website (see side panel to left) and place it directly into (click here) REALTOR.com and get additional photos and other great features. This can be accomplished by copying and pasting the MLS Number or typing it in directly where indicated.

Throughout the site:

Map a Listing, found underneath the “Listings” area, is a great tool for house hunters. By placing an address in the upper left corner, under Location, an aerial Bird’s Eye View of the neighborhood and home is displayed. (Note - at times the arrow can be one house off so look for the same house features that showed up on the listing photos)  This map can be e-mailed to a friend, along with driving directions.

Our Community provides a wealth of information about the local area including links to school districts, libraries, hospitals, and recreation venues. The Community Reports tool will help you to compare areas at a glance. Make sure to visit our photo slideshow!   Highlight are some of our community’s rich historic past, such as the Chappel Estate in Oneida.  If you have a story or photo of the area you would like to share, please e-mail me!
