We have done our best to make our website informative and easy to use, but we know that not everyone is a computer whiz. This helpful guide will ensure you get the most out of your experience. Please note that you can click on any of the highlighted links below.

On the homepage:

Recent Real Estate News provides daily information that affects real estate.  We provide this to you at no cost to you and the articles come from Inman News, known for its up to date real estate coverage.

Kingsley’s Korner (http://kingsleyscorner.com), our company blog, offers weekly real estate tips and insight for both buyers and sellers. Read the latest post, then explore our extensive archive.

Throughout the site:

 Virtual Tours, found within the Listings page, are enhanced home listings complete with a photo slideshow, pricing information, and a handy printable flyer. These Virtual Tours can easily be e-mailed to a friend or relative. Just look for the rotating red graphic underneath the MLS # on the listing page!

Map a Listing, found underneath the “Listings” area, is a great tool for house hunters. By placing an address in the upper left corner, under Location, an aerial Bird’s Eye View of the neighborhood and home is displayed. (Note - at times the arrow can be one house off so look for the same house features that showed up on the listing photos)  This map can be e-mailed to a friend, along with driving directions.

Our Community provides a wealth of information about the local area including links to school districts, libraries, hospitals, and recreation venues. The Community Reports tool will help you to compare areas at a glance. Make sure to visit our photo slideshow, featuring photos taken by our agents! We also highlight some of our community’s rich historic past, such as the Chappel Estate in Oneida. We plan to grow this area.
