Meet Don Kingsley

DONALD KINGSLEY, CRS, CRB, ABR In June, of 1956, Don graduated from Syracuse University, College of Business Administration, with a BS Degree and a Major in Real Estate. He commenced his real estate career the very next week. (He obtained his salesman's license in 1955.) In 1975 Don obtained his CRB designation (Certified Residential Brokerage, Manager), which was based on the completion of an intensive four-year period of study. In 1975 there were over 800,000 REALTORS throughout the United States and Don was the 579th CRB designee. As of December 2007 there were less than 7,000 Real Estate Brokers that have earned this designation worldwide. In 1984 Mr. Kingsley obtained his CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation number 926. This is obtained by developing special residential sales skills and by enhancing residential sales knowledge through study, dedication and experience. Presently less than 4% of all REALTORS and REALTOR ASSOCIATES have earned this entitlement. |
